Internet Marketing for Real Estate
I am a real estate Invetsor myself and I operate a number of different sites for my real estate business. I have several websites that focus on buying real estate, short sales and fixer properties mostly in 2010 -201x, I also have several websites that focus on selling real estate. What does a real estate Investor need from a website?
You may need more than one website depending on you area of focus.
A branding website: You may need one of these to add credibility to your operation, most home owners ask me “What is your websites address so I can check you out.
A Lead Capture/Lead generation website: This could be you main website but ideally it should be a website dedicated and optimized for lead generation and capture. You will drive people to your website through various traditional/internet marketing systems such as direct mail,pay per click, craigslist,video marketing and search engine optimization.
A Selling Website: This website sole purpose it to sell your properties, some people mistakenly combine all function into one site this is genrally a bad idea.
